European Delivery charge charges may vary according to weight and additional packaging. A detailed quotation is available at checkout
If the carrier or post cannot deliver because of incorrect address then we reserve the right to charge an additional supplement.
If the goods are out of stock then please allow up to 14 working days for delivery.
If the package cannot be signed for when it arrives then Royal Mail will keep it for you at your local depot for 7 days enabling you to pick it up. If the package is not picked up after 7 days then Royal Mail will return it to us. All packages returned to us unclaimed via Royal Mail will be subject to a redelivery charge.
Damage in Transit
It will be your responsibility to inform us immediately of any damage to delivered goods. Details must be recorded on the delivery documentation, and we must be notified no later than 24 hours after delivery. It is imperative that you do not dispose of any of the packaging as this will be required to effect your claim against the carrier.
Shortage
It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the delivery or carrier consignment note. If you suspect that there are items missing from delivery, first check that the order has not been partly shipped. Any shortage must be noted on the delivery note and we are to be notified within 24 hours.
Incorrect Goods
Notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 24 hours of delivery. If the items are not what you ordered, you must not open the manufacturers packaging or use the items. It is your responsibility to notify us.

Returns and Refunds Policy
Goods MUST be unused (we adhere to strict health and hygiene conditions).
Goods MUST be in their original condition & packaging.
Goods MUST be received back at our office within 7 days from the day you received the goods.
All refunds are at the discretion of the management.
If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions have not been met we reserve the right to return the goods to you without notice. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable. |
