ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS NOVELTY PRODUCTS JUICYJACSFUNBOX.COM CAN NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE ACCIDENTS OR INJURIES CAUSED BY THE USE OF THESE PRODUCTS.

2. All prices are in UK pounds sterling and include VAT.

3. All stock is 100% genuine.

4. Orders may be subject to extra security checks that may include confirmation of Credit/Debit card details and full address details.JuicyJacs BeautyBox reserves the right to cancel any orders if this information cannot be supplied.                       

To order through this website you must be at least 18 years of age. We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Payment Method

We accept all major credit and debit card, through Nochex secure payment gateways. BACS pament direct to our bank account or pay us via cheque. Due to the adult nature of some of the products we can not accept payment via PayPal on all oders. To pay via paypal please checkout via bacs and contact us for a payment request form. E-Mail jackie@juicyjacsfunbox.com. The credit or debit card details that you give us will be validated before your orders can be accepted. Once the credit or debit card details have been validated then the goods will be despatched.

Our acceptance of your order brings about a legally binding agreement between us.

Delivery,Shipping and Returns Free Shipping on all UK orders over £35

Shipping charges are detailed below.  UK Delivery All Orders Large or Small Shipping is £3 European & Worldwide Delivery charges may vary according to weight and additional packaging. A detailed quotation is available if required. If the carrier or post cannot deliver because of incorrect address then we reserve the right to charge an additional supplement. If the goods are out of stock then please allow up to 14 working days for delivery. If the package cannot be signed for when it arrives then Royal Mail will keep it for you at your local depot for 7 days enabling you to pick it up. If the package is not picked up after 7 days then Royal Mail will return it to us. All packages returned to us unclaimed via Royal Mail will be subject to a redelivery charge. Damage in Transit It will be your responsibility to inform us immediately of any damage to delivered goods. Details must be recorded on the delivery documentation, and we must be notified no later than 24 hours after delivery. It is imperative that you do not dispose of any of the packaging as this will be required to effect your claim against the carrier. Shortage It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the delivery or carrier consignment note. If you suspect that there are items missing from delivery, first check that the order has not been partly shipped. Any shortage must be noted on the delivery note and we are to be notified within 24 hours. Incorrect Goods Notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 24 hours of delivery. If the items are not what you ordered, you must not open the manufacturers packaging or use the items. Goods MUST be in their original condition & packaging. Goods MUST be received back at our office within 7 days from the day you received the goods. All refunds are at the discretion of the management. If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions have not been met we reserve the right to return the goods to you without notice. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.
